Mrs. Lewis F. Swick, above is the former Miss Hilda Pauline Horton, daughter of Mrs. Paul Horton of Southard avenue and the late Mr. Horton. Her marriage to Mr. Swick was solemnized informally January 6 in the rectory of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Champagne were attendants for the couple.
The bride selected a blue lace dress for the occasion with which she wore navy blue accessories and an orchid corsage pinned with an heirloom gold key which belonged to her grandmother, Mrs. William H. Adams.
Mrs. Swick is a graduate of St. Nicholas high school and has been employed by the Rockel company for some time. Mr. Swick, son of Thomas Swick of Berne and the late Mrs. Swick, is in the grocery business in that community. The Swicks will establish their home in Berne in the spring.
