Brandon James Butler

Brandon James Butler, 19, of Barnesville, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2005, near Youngstown.
He was born Sept. 14, 1985, in Wheeling, a son of Marvin and Lisa Starr Butler of Barnesville.
Brandon was a graduate of Barnesville High School, where he was an honor student. He played football and track and was a 10-year member of the Barnesville Boot Scooters 4-H Club, serving on the judging team for four years. He was a member of the Barnesville Main Street United Methodist Church, and currently attended Kent State University, pursuing a degree in architecture.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Lacy Butler of the home; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Jeanette Baker Starr, and paternal grandparents, Vernon and Cinderella Stephen Butler, all of Barnesville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 E. Main St., Barnesville, where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Frank Ledvinka and Father David Gaydosik officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville.
