The wedding of Miss Delores Andes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Andes of Canton, to William Zwick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Zwick
was performed by Rev. A. B. Stuber at St. Peter’s Catholic church Tuesday
morning at 8:30 o’clock. Miss Mary Agnes Zwick, a sister of the groom,
and Willard Andes, a brother of the bride, attended the couple. The bride
was attired in peach colored chiffon and carried Bride’s roses while her
maid’s gown was of pink crepe and she carried pink roses. Both wore hats
and shoes to match. Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served
at the Andes home to which the immediate relatives were invited. After a
short wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Zwick will make their home in Fairhope.


Obituary:
(It would appear that the dod for William G. Zwick given in this obituary is incorrect. The date, Sept 6, 1927 is actually the date they married) Dolores O. Zwick, age 93, of St. Rt. 172, Minerva, died Sunday, Easter morning, at 5:40 a.m. in the Community Care Center in Alliance following a short illness. She was born May 2, 1906, in Canton, to Frank and Minnie (Preisthof) Andes. She was a housewife and member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva. She is preceded in death by her husband, William G. Zwick, who died Sept. 6, 1927; two sisters, Armella Mawhinney and Stella Eleseser; two brothers, Donald and Willard Andes. She is survived by five daughters, Rose Rinard of East Canton, Mrs. Maurice (Mary) Bresson of East Canton, Norma Hiner of East Canton, Mrs. Gale (Ruth) Essick of East Canton, Mrs. Jeffrey (Martha) Davis of Minerva; three sons and daughters-in-law, William and Eileen Zwick, Jr. of Minerva, Raymond and Martha Zwick of East Rochester, John and Christina Zwick of Minerva; 27 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren. Mass of the Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva with Rev. Msgr. John M. Campbell as celebrant. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday 7-9 p.m. at the St. Gabriel CatholicChurch and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Memorial donations may be made to the Alliance Hospice or the Kidney Foundation. Donald Vincent Paumier

Donald V. Paumier, 40, of RD 2, Louisville, died from
complications at his home on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock.
The deceased was a millworker. He was a member of LSCC and
the Holy Name Society.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Loretta Paumier, his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Paumier of Louisville; three brothers, Eustace and
Claude Paumier of Louisville, and Marion Paumier of Camp Chaffer,
Arkansas; three sisters, Mrs. Erdine Zwick and Mrs. Helen Peer of
Louisville, and Mrs. Pauline Saunders of Canton.
The body is a the Dwyer & Stier mortuary where friends
may call at any time. Services will be held Friday morning at 9:30 at
St. Louis Catholic Church in charge of Rev. Fr. Paul Bucholz. Inter-
ment in St. Louis cemetery.

ZWICK- PAUMIER WEDDING AT ST. LOUIS CHURCH
Miss Loretta Zwick and Donald Paumier, two of Louisville’s
estimable young people, were married Tuesday morning. The
ceremony was performed at St. Louis Catholic church by the
pastor, Rev. N. P. Weckel, and they (sic) attendants Miss Mary
Agnes Zwick and Claude Paumier, as sister and brother of the bride
and groom, respectively.
Mrs. Paumier wore a gown of yellow chiffon over crepe with a
hat to match and a corsage bouquet of roses. Miss Zwick’s gown
was pale blue crepe and she carried an arm bouquet of roses. The
cortege was a pretty one and many friends and relatives of the young
people were present.
Mrs. Paumier is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Zwick and
Mr. Paumier is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Paumier. They enjoy a
large circle of friends who extend best wishes and gave them many
beautiful gifts.
After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride,
about one hundred guests being in attendance. Later in the day they
left for a trip to Buffalo, New York. Upon their return they will reside
with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cuenot, on West Broad street, their apart-
ments being in readiness for occupancy. Mr. Paumier is employed by
the Superior Sheet Steel Co.

Obituary:
MRS. DONALD PAUMIER
Wednesday services in St. Louis Catholic Church were held
for Mrs. Loretta Paumier of 510 Washington ave. She was 62 years
of age and had been ill for quite some time. Mrs. Paumier was the
owner-operator of Loretta’s Gift Shop on Main st. in Louisville.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1942. Survivors
include seven brothers, Urban Zwick of East Rochester, O., William
of Minerva; and Raymond, Charles, Lester, Jerald and James, all of
Louisville; four sisters, Mrs. Lillie Cuenot and Mrs. Ether Ruflin of
Louisville, Mrs. Mary Jaeb of Canton and Miss Helen Zwick of
Massillon; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and
St. Ann’s Rosary and Altar Society.
Following the Requiem High Mass burial was made in
the church cemetery with Paquelet Funeral Home in charge of the
arrangements.


Lester Clement Zwick

Lester Zwick was a car salesman.

Obituary:
Lester C. Zwick, age 74, of 6789 Luna Lanes, SW Carrollton, passed way Wednesday morning, Nov. 11 [1981] at Timken Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness.
Born in Stark County Oct. 15, 1907 to the late Sebastian and Helene Burkhart Zwick, he lived in the area all his life. He was former owner and operator of Midway Marine, retiring in 1971, and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church of Carrollton.
He is survived by his wife, Zola (Moulin) of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Ed (Eleanor) Griffith of Canton, Mrs. Harold (Shirley) Beltz and Mrs. Ike (Dorothy) Mathie both of Louisville; two sons, Laverne of Louisville and Dale of Alliance; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; four brothers, William of New Franklin, O., Charles, Gerald, and James, all of Louisville, three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Cuenot of Massillon, Mrs. Esther Ruflin of Louisville, and Mrs. Mary Jaeb of Canton. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Urban and Raymond, four sisters, Loretta, Josephine, Edna and Helen, also one great-granddaughter.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday at 10:30 AM in St. Louis Church in Louisville with burial in the church cemetery. Friends called at the Paquelet Funeral Home Friday.

MOULIN-ZWICK WEDDING AT ST. MARY'S CHURCH
Miss Zola Moulin, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Joseph Moulin of Harrisburg and Mr.
Lester C. Zwick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Zwick of Louisville were united in
marriage Tuesday morning at 9:00 o’clock at St. Mary’s Catholic church at Harrisburg.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. John Kasinski. They were attended by Miss
Mary Agnes Zwick, a sister of the groom, and Mr. Reinhold Jaeb. The bride’s gown was
a deep peach colored crepe and she carried a shower bouquet of bride’s roses. The brides-
maid was dressed in flesh colored crepe with hat to match and carried an arm bouquet of
pink roses.
Immediately following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of
the bride’s parents to about one hundred guests. After a short honey-moon trip they will
make their home for the present with the bride’s parents at Harrisburg. Mr. Zwick is
employed at the Berger Mfg. Co., at Canton. The newly-weds are both popular in the
younger set and have many friends.

LOUISVILLE — Zola A. Zwick, 93, of Canton, died Wednesday in St. Joseph
Care Center following an extended illness. She was born Jan. 28, 1908, in Harrisburg
to Joseph and Mary (Polus) Moulin. A member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Canton,
Mrs. Zwick was also a member of the Pilot Knob Women’s Club and Sacred Heart of
Mary Senior Citizens Group.
She is survived by three daughters, Eleanor Griffith of Canton, and Shirley Beltz and
Dorothy Mathie, both of Louisville; two sons, Laverne of Louisville and Dale of Alliance;

great-grandchild.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Paul’s Catholic
Church with the Rev. Nicholas Mancini officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Parish

Reinhold J. Jaeb, 44, died Wednesday night in the home
at 902 Shaffer ct., shortly after he had been stricken with a heart
attack. He was born in St. Michaels, Minn., but was a resident of
Louisville for the last twenty-five years. He was a member of St.
Louis Catholic Church and for the last five years has been a truck
driver for the Timken Roller Bearing Co. at Canton.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary Agnes Jaeb, two
daughters, Evelyne and Jane, two sons, Thomas and Daniel, all of
the home, his mother Mrs. Margaret Jaeb of Canton, two brothers,
Clem and Edmund, seven sisters, Miss Clara Jaeb of Canton, Mrs.
Louisa Rann of Humboldt, Canada, Mrs. Sophie Goeb of St. Michaels,
Minn; Mrs. Hilda Dahlheimer of Malvern, Mrs. Anna Paumier of East
Canton, Mrs. Helen Mathie of Harrisburg, Mrs. Rosella Monter of
Louisville.
Services were held Saturday morning at 9:30 at St. Louis
Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Francis Palm as celebrant. Burial in
St. Louis cemetery.

The wedding of Miss Mary Agnes Zwick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian
Zwick, and Mr. Reinhold Jaeb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Jaeb, was solemnized
at St. Louis Catholic church Tuesday morning at 9:00 o’clock. The ceremony was
performed by Rev. N. P. Weckel.
The couple was attended by Miss Hilda Jaeb, a sister of the groom, and Mr. Charles
Zwick, a brother of the bride. Little Miss Minette Zachman was flower girl. She was
attired in white and carried a basket of flowers. The bride wore a gown of white satin and lace and carried a shower bouquet of bride’s roses. The bridesmaid’s gown was green
crepe and she carried a bouquet of American Beauty roses.
Immediately following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served to about one
hundred guests at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Zwick. Both
the bride and the groom are popular young people of this vicinity and have a host of friends
who wish them the very best in their journey together thru life. Mr. Jaeb is an employee of
the Warren-Hoffman Construction Co. at Canton. Mr. and Mrs. Jaeb will be home to their
friends in about two weeks on Metzger Court, Louisville.

Mary A. Jaeb, age 93 of Louisville, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother
and great-great-grandmother, passed away Saturday March 23, 2002 in Aultman Hospital
following and extended illness. Mary was born January 3, 1909 in Louisville to the late
Sebastian and Helen (Burkhart) Zwick. She was a former seamstress for Aultman Hospital
and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Canton.
Mary leaves behind two daughters and sons-in-law, Evelyn and Vernon Maurer of
Louisville and Jane and Lowell Ebie of Louisville, a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and
Charleen Jaeb of Middleburg Heights; a brother, Gerald Zwick of Louisville; 18 grandchildren;
33 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her
husband, Reinhold, who passed away in 1944; a son, Thomas Jaeb; six sisters, Josephine
Ottle, Esther Ruflin, Edna Miller, Lillian Cuenot, Loretta Paumier and Helen Zwick; six
brothers, Urban, William, Charles, Raymond, Lester and James Zwick one great grandchild.

Gerald H. Zwick, age 94, of Louisville, passed away Friday, January 26, 2007, at Aultman Hospital. He was born in Louisville, OH, May 5, 1912, to the late Sabastian and Helena Zwick. He was a retired co owner of Zwick Brothers Interior Construction. Gerald was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rozella, in 1989; a daughter, Kathye Guthrie; a granddaughter, Linda Lee Zwick; seven sisters and six brothers.
He is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Craig McCreary of Massillon, Charlotte and Donald Clouston of Alliance, Sharon and Martin Streharsky of Akron, Jacqueline and Dale Dodrill of Louisville; three sons, Wesley and Loyal Zwick both of Louisville, David Zwick of Alliance; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a special friend, Pauline McKinney of North Canton.

Rozella B. Zwick, age 71, of 6254 Columbus Rd. NE passed away Thursday Aug
17 [1989] at Timken Mercy Medical Center. Born in Louisville on April 29, 1918 to
the late Aaron and Mildred Werner Conrad, she was a member of St. Louis Catholic
Church in Louisville. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Linda Lee Zwick.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald; five daughters, Mrs. Charles (Darlene) Russell
of Massillon, Mrs. Donald (Charlotte) Clouston of Lousiville, Sharon Zwick of Akron,
Mrs. Frank (Kathye) Guthrie of East Canton, Mrs. Charles (Jacqueline) Harsh of Virginia
Beach; three sons, Wesley of Louisville, Loyal of Canton, David of the home; 13 grand-
children and five great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Louis Catholic Church.

first wife, Illa Mae, in 1979.
He is survived by his wife, Florence I. (Flo); 1 daughter, Mrs. Richard (Nancy) Smith

Nicholas Cornelius Ottle

According to his online death certificate, Nicholas C. Ottle was of French heritage.

In 1930, Nicholas Ottle (33) rented a home for $25 a month at 907 Webb St. in Alliance, Stark Co., OH where he lived with his wife Josephine (38) and their children Bernard (9), Robert (8), Mary (6), Elizabeth (5), Kathleen (3), Nicholas Jr. (1) and Theresa Ann (6 mos). The family also had a 19 year old Ohio-born household servant named Eva Brooks. Nicholas worked as an erector for a steel and iron company.


Nicholas Cornelius Ottle

In 1910, Nicholas Ottle (48) and his wife of 18 years, Margaret (37), rented a home at 1403 Summit St., Alliance, Stark County, Ohio. Living with them were their five children, John (17), Frank (16), Nicholas (13), Joseph (9), and Alice (6). Frank and Joseph attended school. All of Margaret's children were living in 1910. Nicholas and his wife were born in Luxembourg, the children were all born in Ohio. Nicholas was employed as a brewer. Also living with the family was a boarder, George Gurney.
