Helen R. (Bosold) Fisher, age 75, of Canton, died Friday, March 2, 2001, in her residence. Born in Caldwell, OH. She had been a Canton resident since 1948. She was a graduate of Mt. Carmel Nursing Academy in Columbus. Helen worked for over 30 years as a registered nurse, retiring from Timken-Mercy Medical Center. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and St.Joseph's Altar and Rosary Society. Survived by her husband, Frederick E. Fisher of the home; two daughters, Carolyn Pierson and JoEllen Miller, both of Canton; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Merilee Fisher of Farmington, MN, David and Faith Fisher of Atlanta, GA and Mark and Dianna Fisher of Canton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Georgianna and Paul White of Canton and Mary Elsie Jenkins of Melbourne, FL; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Bosold. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell, OH. There were no calling hours.
