Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth E. Dornan of Louisville celebrated their 60th anniversary Saturday with a dinner party at the Huston House Bed and Breakfast. The dinner was given by their children and their spouses, Tim
and Laura Dornan of Louisville and Sally and Tom Samblanet of Paris. The former Christine Mercier and her husband were married Nov. 16, 1943, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Canton by the Rev. Kotheimer. They are members of St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville. There is one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Dornan is retired from Ashland Oil. He is a World War II veteran. Mrs.
Dornan is a homemaker. They request no gifts.
In 1930, Francis (83) and Sarah (73) Hughes owned a farm worth $1700 near Temperanceville in Somerset Twp., Belmont County, Ohio. Living with them were their widowed son, Augusting (36) and his son, Harold (13). Harold attended school.
