MISS CROCK COMPLETES HER PLANS
Miss Barbara Jeanette Crock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian
Crock of Caldwell, Route 4, completed plans for her wedding to Jeffrey
Alan Lemley, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lemley of Route 6.
The ceremony is announced for 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 4. It will
take place at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Caldwell wioth Father
Luciana officiating.
Miss Crock's honor attendant will be Miss Regina Checivak. Brides-
maids will be Mrs. Debbie Stottsberry, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Carol
Lemley, a sister-in-law of the bridegroom.
Mr. Lemley has asked his brother, John, to be best man. Ushers will
be Steven Wolfe, the bridegroom's cousin, and Gary Allen of Columbus.
The reception will be held in the church social room where assistants
will be Mrs. Marilyn Ullman, Mrs. Ruth Nau and Mrs. Mae Gardner.
Miss Crock is a 1974 graduate of Caldwell High School and is employed
by Drs. Jenkins and Smith in Caldwell. Mr. Leml;ey is a 1974 graduate of
Philo High School and is employed by L Wymer Company.

The following wedding announcement for Jeffrey Lemley and Barbara Crock appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on October 5, 1975:
The wedding of Miss Barbara Crock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Sebastian Crock of Caldwell , to Jeffrey Alan Lemley, son of Mr. and
Mrs. William Lemley of Route 2, took place at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at
St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Caldwell. The double ring vows
were exchanged before Father Luciana. Mr. Crock gave his daughter
in marriage.
White organza designed with high rise neckline was worn by the
bride. Accents of Venise lace were used on the bodice and long bishop
sleeves and lace also trimmed the small standup collar. A deep flounce
of lace outlined the hemline. Her floor length illusion veil was caught to
a Venise lace framer. She carried a colonial bouquet of Sonya roses
and ivory carnations tipped with burgundy, accented with stephanotis
and baby's breath.
All of the attendants wore gowns of floral print in shades [of] burgundy
and dusty rose against a cream colored background. The dresses were
styled with empire waists long organza sleeves and organza yokes.
Each wore a burgundy picture hat and carried a bouquet of ivory carna-
tions tipped with burgundy, baby's breath and Sonya roses.
Miss Regina Chicwak was maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaids
were Mrs. Bud Stottsberry, sister of the birde (sic), and Mrs. John Lemley,
the bridegroom's sister-in-law.
John Lemley was his brother's best man. Ushers were Steven Wolfe,
cousin of the bridegroom and Gary Allen of Columbus.
The reception followed at the church where assistants were Mrs.
Marilyn Ullman, Mrs. Ruth Nau and Mrs. Mae Gardner.
Upon their return from a brief wedding trip, the Lemleys will live at
473 North street in Duncan Falls.
The former Miss Crock is a graduate of Caldwell High School and
Muskingum Area Joint Vocational School. She is employed in Caldwell
by Drs. Smith and Jenkins. Mrs. Lemley is a member of St. Stephen's
Church.
Her husband is a graduate of Philo High School and MAJVS. He is
employed by L.E. Wymer Co., and is a member of the Presbyterian
Church.


William Becker

In 1920, William Becker (23) lived with his wife Marcella (21) in a portion of home they rented from Nicholas Schuler at 7004 Agnew Street in Pittsburgh (Ward 12-Lincoln Leminton), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. According to the census, both William and Marcella, as well as Marcella's parents were born in Pennsylvania; William's parents were born in the "United States." William worked as a laborer in a steel mill.

In 1930, recent widower William Becker lived with his mother-in-law on Agnew St. in Pittsburgh. William worked as a laborer in a steel mill.
