Joseph Albert Blake Jr.

From Eloise M. Blake Respicio:

My father's name is Joseph Albert Blake Jr., b 1935, Tipton, Iowa. He is retired from the Navy, sometime in the seventies as a Leutenant Commander, junior grade. He was married to Maria Rios Cruz deceased)from Guam and had five(5) children.Myself, Diana, Steven, Sharon (deceased) and Katherine. Our Grandfather, Joseph Albert Blake Sr. was married to Blanche Heddleston both born in Caldwell, Ohio in 1887-8,1897-8, respectively. My mother has told us that our great grandparents came to the U.S. from Germany, maybe, and that their name was originally Block. But I'm not sure of that either. Their lineage is French, Dutch, German, Scott and Irish. My father had three siblings, June, Betty and one other (unknown).
