Lisa M. Fisher's obituary appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on March 25, 2006 ZANESVILLE - Lisa M. Fisher, 31, of Zanesville, died at 3:30
p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at The Ohio State University
Medical Center, Columbus, after a long illness and complications
with a recent kidney transplant.
Born Wednesday, Oct. 2, 1974, in Zanesville, she was a member
of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, a 1993 graduate of West Muskingum
School and a nursing student at Ohio University-Zanesville. She
enjoyed flower gardening, painting and boating. She is survived by her father, Michael F. Fisher of Zanesville;
mother, Donna K. (Doug) Estadt Gatewood of Zanesville; her fiancee,
Sloan J. Johnson of the home; a sister, Angela C. Crowley of Zanesville;
her loving aunts, uncles and cousins; special nephews, Connor and
Cameron Crowley; a niece, Chloe Crowley; grandparents, Bernard
and Wilma Fisher of Dresden and Bernice Estadt of Zanesville; her
special cousin and donor, Becky Huffman of Zanesville; and her pet
dogs, Killian and Zoey.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clyde Estadt. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March
26, at the Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home, 935 Forest Ave.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 27, 2006, at
the funeral home with Father Leo L. Connolly and Pastor Randy Jones
officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery.
