The following wedding announcement appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) on December 20, 1970: MISS SANDRA SUE NAU BECOMES BRIDE OF KEITH ALAN SARBAUGH IN CALDWELL St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Caldwell was the setting of the wedding of Miss Sandra Sue Nau and Keith Alan Sarbaugh Saturday afternoon. Rev. Lawrence Luciana officiated for the exchange of the double rings vows. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. William R. Nau of Caldwell Route 4 and Mr. and Mrs. Forrest W. Sarbaugh of 472 Karl drive. A floor length gown of velvet and angel skin peau trimmed in reembroidered Venise lace was worn by the bride. The dress was designed with high neckline, a yoke of peau trimmed in lace and long Camelot sleeves. A chapel train was set into the A-line silhouette skirt. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a silk illusion veil held by a profile cap of Venise lace and double Dior bows. She carried a bouquet of pink roses and tiny white mums with streamers of lover's knots. Miss Rita Nau, who was her sister's maid of honor, wore a floor length gown of azalea velvet and pink silk chiffon, fashioned with a vest effect edged in eyelet velvet. Her pink veil was held with a forward hat of tulle petals and velvet bow. Serving as bridesmaids were Miss Denise Nau, sister of the bride; Miss Linda Allen of Zanesville and Miss Barbara Hohman of Columbus. Their gowns of rouge velvet and pink chiffon were identical in style to that of the honor attendant. Each carried a single pink rose. Best man for the bridegroom was Philip Metzler. Guests were seated by David Green and the bride's brothers, John and Mark Nau. After the wedding reception held at the church, Mr. and Mrs. Sarbaugh left for a trip to Virginia. Serving the reception guests were Mrs. Ronald Schott, Miss Regina Henthorne, Miss Joan Doughty and Miss Donna Sarbaugh, sister of the bridegroom. The former Miss Nau is a member of the church in which her wedding took place. She graduated from Caldwell High school and Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Until her marriage she was employed at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr. Sarbaugh and his bride will live at 559 Summit street, Mansfield, where he is a student at Mansfield General Hospital School of Nursing. A member of Market Street Baptist Church, he was graduated from Zanesville High School and attended Ohio University-Zanesville.
