Obituary:
WOODSFIELD - Joseph Reischman, 75, died Sunday morning [4 Dec
1949] at 6 o’clock at his home on Eastern avenue, Woodsfield, after a short
illness. Surviving are his widow, Catherine; three sisters, Mrs. George Kress
of Canton, Mrs. George Haynes of Centerville, and Sister Isabel of Fenton, Pa.
The body will be returned today from the Schumacher funeral home, Woods-
field, to the residence. Services will be held at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning in
St. Sylvester’s Catholic church. Rev. Fr. J. G. Mehler will officiate, and burial
will be in the church cemetery.
