Virginia Mae Ackerman (January 16, 1921 - January 10, 2007)
Virginia Mae Ackerman age 85 of Woodsfield, Ohio died Wednesday January 10, 2007 at the Woodsfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 16, 1921 in Monroe County Ohio a daughter of the late George Rosenlieb and Mary E. Dougherty Rosenlieb. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ of Woodsfield. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Francis “Fritz” Ackerman, 2 sisters; Elsie Rosenlieb and Norma Brookover. She is survived by 3 daughters: Kay (Mike) Jorris – Woodsfield, Ohio, Marlene Ackerman – Woodsfield, Ohio, Sandra (Mike) Emdin – Denver, Colorado, 1 Son: Fred (Martha) Ackerman – Woodsfield, Ohio, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 303 S.
