Fred Noll graduated in 1949 from St. Thomas High School in Zanesville, Ohio. His second cousin, Donna Bunting, was a member of the same class.

Delores Ann Gerst

Engagement announcement from the Zanesville Signal, pg 1, section 3; 27 Oct 1957:
Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Gerst of 1137 Lafayette street announce
the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Delores
Ann, to Jack W. Wilcox, son of Clark Wilcox of Garyville, Tenn. and
the late Mrs. Wilcox. The Wilcoxes are former residents of this city.
The wedding will be an event of Thanksgiving Day.
Miss Gerst is employed by The City Savings and Loan com-
pany in Columbus. She is a graduate of Rosecrans high school and is a
member of St. Nicholas Catholic church.
Mr. Wilcox is a student at the University of Tennessee. He
is a graduate of Zanesville high school.

The following wedding announcement appeared in the Zanesville Times Recorder on 24 Nov 1957:
THANKSGIVING DAY NUPTIALS WILL BE SPOKEN IN RECTORY
In the afternoon of Thanksgiving Day, Miss Delores Ann Gerst
and Jack W. Wilcox will exchange double ring wedding vows at half
after one in the rectory of St. Nicholas Catholic church. The ceremony
will be read by the Rev. Father Linus J. Dury in the presence of the
immediate families.
Following the nuptials, the bride-elect’s parents, Mr. and Mrs.
E. W. Gerst of 1137 Lafayette street will entertain with a reception in
their home.
For her wedding, Miss Gerst has asked her sister, Miss Agnes
Gerst of Columbus, to serve as maid of honor. The duties of best
man will be performed by James Hofer.
Named as aides for the reception are Mrs. Robert Strickler,
another sister of Miss Gerst; Miss Phyllis Mason, Mrs. Gordon
Garich and Mrs. Eugene Strahler and Mrs. Eugene DeMers,
both of Columbus.
The bride-to-be was recently feted at two parties held in
Columbus. Mrs. DeMers was hostess to a miscellaneous
shower one October Sunday afternoon, while on Nov. 12 the co-
workers of Miss Gerst at The City Loan and Savings Company
in Columbus gave a dinner and linen shower in her honor at the
Clarmont.
Miss Gerst resigned her position in Columbus on Nov. 16.
She is a graduate of Rosecrans high school and is a member
of St. Nicholas church.
The prospective bridegroom is a junior majoring in mech-
anical engineering at the University of Tennessee. He is the
son of Clark Wilcox of Maryville, Tenn., and the late Mrs. Wilcox,
former Zanesville residents. Mr. Wilcox is a graduate of Zanes-
ville high school.
