Obituary:
Russel J. Paumier, age 80, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at Alliance Community Hospital following a brief illness. Russel was born March 30, 1927 in Louisville, OH to the late, Alfred “Happy” Paumier and Margaret (Schumacher) Paumier. He was retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #18 after over 50 years of dedicated service. He was also a resident of North Fort Myers, FL, during the winter months. He is survived by two sisters, Thelma Andrie of Louisville, OH and Kathleen Paumier of Utica, OH; one brother, Hubert “Mix” Paumier and his wife, Kay of North Benton, OH; one niece, Linda Hostetler of Canton; and one nephew, Ted Ferguson of Lousiville, OH. Private graveside services will take place at St. Louis Cemetery in Louisville at a later date.
