Genevieve Louise Wagner

Birth announcement from the Zanesville Signal, 27 Dec 1952:
The daughter born at Good Samaritan hospital to Mr. and Mrs. John Wagner of 944 Greenwood avenue has been named Genieve Louise. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Malone of Eastman street and Mr. and Mrs. D.O. Wagner of 1246 Eastman street. Mrs. E. P. Archer of Lewisville is the great grandmother. They have a son, Timothy Dale, aged 3.

The wedding announcement of Genevieve Wagner and Roy Luke was published in the Zanesville Times Recorder on 25 Feb 1973:
CEREMONY EVENT OF SATURDAY
The wedding of Miss Genevieve L. Wagner of Brookside drive, to Roy L. Luke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Luke of Lowell Route 2, was solemnized at 6:30 p.m. Saturday before the altar of St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
Rev. Joseph Losh officiated at the double ring ceremony. Mr. Wagner gave his daughter in marriage.
Her white satin A-line wedding gown was designed with high waistline and bateau neckline. The full length bell sleeves were trimmed with imported lace and her elbow length veil was worn mantilla style. She carried an arrangement of white carnations and lilies-of-the-valley.
The bride’s only attendant was Mrs. Roger Schau, a sister of the bridegroom. Mrs. Schau wore pink knit with pink satin trim, styled the same as the bride’s dress.
John W. Wagner, brother of the bride, served as best man. Ushers were Timothy Wagner and Ken Herman.
A reception followed at the Wagner home where assistants were the Misses Melanie Sue and Rosemarie Wagner, sisters of the bride, and Mrs. Timothy Wagner, a sister-in-law.
Mr. Luke and his bride will live in Lowell.
The former Miss Wagner is a graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School and the Muskingum Area Joint Vocational School. She is a member of St. Nicholas Catholic church.
Her husband attended Fort Fry High School and is an employee of Marietta Moulding Co. at Marietta.

Lynda Louise Dinan

The wedding announcement of John Wagner and Lynda Dinan was published in the Zanesville Times Recorder 14 Mar 1976:
WEDDING EVENT OF SATURDAY
The wedding of Miss Lynda Louise Dinan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dinan of 963 Laurel avenue to John William Wagner, son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Wagner of 3080 Brookside drive, took place Saturday in St. Thomas Catholic Church. Rev. J. P. Gerhard officiated at the double ring ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Mr. Dinan gave his daughter in marriage.
A gown of white cotton with Queen Anne collar was worn by the bride. Lacing enhanced the bodice and the bishop sleeves were trimmed with lace and buttons. She wore a veil with matching bandeau of cotton with the lace and button trim. Her flowers were arranged in a colonial bouquet atop a family prayer book.
The bride’s only attendant was Mrs. Rose Dennis, sister of the bridegroom. She wore light blue polyester with beige lacing on the bodice and full tiered skirt. Each tier was outlined with wide bands of variegated blue lace. She wore a matching bonnet and carried a colonial bouquet.
Dennis Michel was Mr. Wagner’s best man. Ushers were Tim Wagner and Ken Herman.
A reception followed at the Eagles’ Ballroom, where assistants were Mrs. John Davis, Mrs. David Russi, and Mrs. Mark Dinan.
Upon their return from a brief wedding trip the Wagners will live on Maple avenue.
The former Miss Dinan is a graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School and a member of St. Thomas church. She is a secretary of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
Her husband is also a graduate of Bishop Rosecrancs and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic church. He is employed as a serviceman for Peyton Heating and Air Conditioning.


Timothy Dale Wagner

The engagement announcement of Timothy Wagner and Patricia Shuey was published in the Zanesville Times Recorder on 30 Mar 1970:

Miss Patricia Shuey and Timothy Wagner have chosen Saturday, May 29, for their wedding. The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. in St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
Miss Sheuy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kennith C. Shuey of Soil Erosion road. Mr. Wagner’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. John W. Wagner of Brookside drive.
The bride-elect, a graduate of West Muskingum High School of Radiologic Technology, is a registered technologist at Bethesda.
Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Rosecrans High School and Meredith Business College and is employed by Armco Steel Corp.
Their engagement was announced Jan 31.


Bethany Michelle Wagner

The daughter born Feb 26 to Mr. and Mrs. Timothy D. Wagner of 1170 Gayla drive has been named Bethany Michelle. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. Shuey of Soil Erosion road and Mr. and Mrs. John Wagner Brookside drive. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas J. Malone of Eastman street and Mrs. Dale O. Wagner of Eastman street.


Rosemarie Wagner

The wedding announcement of Rosemarie Wagner and Ricky Dennis was published in the Zanesville Times Recorder on 4 Aug 1973:

ROSEMARIE WAGNER BRIDE OF RICKY GENE DENNIS
Miss Rosemarie Wagner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wagner of 3080 Brookside drive, and Ricky Gene Dennis of 1281 Adamsville road were married Friday evening in St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Rev. Charles Cotton performed the double ring ceremony.
The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Rolland Sorenson of Chateau Estates and Ralph Dennis of Ostego Route 1.
The bride wore a white dress with bracelet length sleeves and high rounded neckline. A wide panel of lace trimmed the bodice and the skirt front. She wore a veil edged in lace flowers and carried a bouquet of white carnations.
Miss Brenda Denton was maid of honor wearing a blue A-line gown and carrying a bouquet of white carnations. The junior bridesmaid was Miss Denise Browning who also wore a blue A-line dress and carried white carnations.
The reception was held in the church hall immediately after the wedding. Aides were Miss Melanie Wagner, sister of the bride; Mrs. Timothy Wagner, sister-in-law of the bride, Miss Kristy Sorenson, sister of the bridegroom, and Mrs. David Savage.
The newlyweds will live at 14 Crown circle, South Zanesville.
The bride is a graduate of Rosecrans High School and the practical nursing course at the Muskingum Area Joint Vocational School. She is a member of St. Nicholas Church and is employed as a licensed practical nurse at Good Samaritan Medical Center.
Mr. Dennis is a graduate of Zanesville High School and Muskingum Area Joint Vocational School and is employed by Sidwell Brothers.
