William J. Artz

William Artz had no children.


Clement George Klug

On 5 Jun 1917, 28 year old Clement G. Klug of Proctor, W. Va. registered for the US military draft. His draft registration card stated that he was born on May 30, 1889 in St. Joseph W. Va. Clement worked as a laborer at the Hope Gas Co.. He stated that he was responsible for the support of a wife and three children. Clement was described as being of medium height and build with brown hair and blue eyes. He had no obvious physical disabilities.

in 1930, Clement E. Klug (40) and his wife Margaret (37) owned a home in Meade District, Marshall County, WV. Living with them were their children Bernard (15), Agnes (13), William (10), Elenor (5), Leo (3 yrs 7 mos), and Catherine (2 mos). The three oldest children attended school. Clement was employed as a laborer for a gas company. Everyone in the household was a native of West Virginia, as were their parents, with the exception of Margaret's father, who was from Ohio. A number of relatives lived nearby, including Margeret's first cousin once removed, Cecilia Singer Yeager.
