Victoria Ann Miller

The following wedding announcement for Vicki Miller and Peter Rapol appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on January 18, 1970: MISS MILLER ANNOUNCES ATTENDANTS The wedding of Miss Vicki Miller, daughter of Howard Miller of 2025
Moonlight drive, and Peter Rapol, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Rapol of
200 East Main street, south Zanesville, is announced for Saturday,
Jan. 24. The open church ceremony will take place at 2:30 p.m. in St. Nicholas
Catholic Church with Msgr. Linus J. Dury officiating. Miss Judy Walchack will be honor attendant. Serving as bridesmaids
will be Miss Linda Arnold, Miss Barbara Smith, Miss Kathy Baker and
Miss Peggy Jones, cousin of the bride. Riese Eastadt (sic) will be junior
attendant. Flower girls will be Gail Miller of Lancaster, the bride's niece, and Christy
Rapol, niece of the bridegroom. Robert Miller Jr., nephew of the bride,
will carry the rings. Mr. Rapol has asked his brother, Daniel, to be his best man. Ushers
will be Donald Rapol, a cousin, Joseph Schaumlefiel, Lee Myers, Thomas
McCarty and Rick Miller, brother of the bride. Assistants for the reception that will follow at the Eagle's Temple are Mrs.
Howard Miller Jr., of Lancaster, Mrs. Ronald Miller, Mrs. Robert Miller, Mrs.
Charles McCloud of Cleveland, Miss Sheila Stewart and Miss Sheila

AT ST. NICHOLAS Msgr. Linus J. Dury officiated at the wedding Saturday of Miss Vicki Ann Miller,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Miller of 2025 Moonlight drive, and Peter
Randall Rapol, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter G. Rapol of 200 East Main street,
South Zanesville. The double ring ceremony was solemnized at 2:30 p.m. at St. Nicholas
Catholic Church. Mr. Miller walked to the altar with his daughter and gave her
in marriage. She wore a Juliet style gown of silk taffeta, high waisted with lace yoke. The
long bishop sleeves were cuffed at the wrists and trimmed with tiny buttons
and Alencon lace and seed pearls. The lace trim was repeated on the demi
-bell skirt. Her mantilla was edged in Alencon lace and she carried a bouquet of bridal
pink roses. Miss Judy Walchak, the maid of honor, wore a Juliet gown of wine velvet and
pink satin train. A matching pink satin bow with shoulder length veil was her
headpiece and she carried a wine muff with pink roses. The bridesmaids, Miss Kathy Baker, Miss Barbara Smith, Miss Linda Arnold
and Miss Peggy Jones, cousin of the bride, and junior attendant, Miss Riesa
Estadt., wore forest green velvet gowns with mint green satin trains. Their
headpieces matched their dresses and they carried forest green muffs and
pink roses. Gail Mille of Lancaster, the bride's niece, and Christy Rapol, niece of the
bridegroom, were flower girls. Robert Miller Jr., was ring bearer. Daniel Rapol was his brother's best man. Guests were seated by Joseph
Schaumieffel, Lee Myers, Thomas McCarty, Donald Rapol, cousin of the
bridegroom, and Rick Miller, brother of the bride. The wedding was followed by a reception in the Rainbow Lounge of the
Eagles' Temple. Serving assistants were Mrs. Ronald Miller, Mrs. Robert
Miller, Mrs. Howard Miller, Jr., of Lancaster, Mrs. Charles McCloud of Cleve-
land, Miss Sheila Linscott and Miss Sheila Stewart. Mr. and Mrs. Rapol are honeymooning in Florida and after two weeks will
live at 756 Homewood avenue. The former Miss Miller is a 1969 graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School.
She is employed at the Big Bear and is a member of St. Nicholas Church. Mr. Rapol, a 1966 graduate of Rosecrans High School, is employed as an
apprentice carpenter by Robert Dingey, He is a member of St. Thomas
Catholic Church


Marie McLoughlin

The following wedding announcement appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, Ohio) newspaper on July 28, 1964: MARIE MCLOUGHLIN CHOOSES AUGUST 8 FOR HER WEDDING Miss Marie McLoughlin has announced that she has chosen Saturday, Aug. 8, as the day of her wedding to William H. Miller. The mass and private, double ring ceremony will be performed by Rev. Barrett at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Catholic Church. The reception will be held at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo McLoughlin of Frazeysburg road. The date was revealed at a party given last night by Mrs. John R. Dinan, Mrs. Robert W. Mills and Mrs. John E. Watson at the Dinan home, 1309 Pfeifer drive. Miscellaneous wedding gifts were presented to Miss McLoughlin by 20 guests. Out-of-town guests included Mrs. Bert Teal of Moxahala, Mrs. Tommy Green and Mrs. Earl Miller of Somerset and Miss Helen Noon of New Lexington. This evening the bridegroom's aunt, Mrs. James Kessler of Dillon Falls will entertain with a miscellaneous shower honoring Miss McLoughlin. Wednesday night she will be guest of honor at a similar party given by Miss Sally Nicol and Miss Molly Mattingly at Nicol's Restaurant. Miss McLoughlin is a senior at Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Her fiance, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Miller of 2025 Moonlight drive, is employed by Surplus Materials Corporation.


Neil Alan Miller

The following birth announcement appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on August 9, 1969: Son Named The son born July 29 to Spc. 5 and Mrs. Howard William Miller Jr. in Ireland Army Hospital at Ft. Knox, Ky. has been named Neil Alan. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Leo McLoughlin of Frazeysburg road and Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Miller Sr. of 2025Moonlight drive. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Miller of Clay pike and Mrs. Mary Mercer of Airport road. Mrs. Miller is the former Marie McLoughlin, and is living on Frazeysburg road. The Millers have a 4-year old daughter, Gail Lynn. Miller will be discharged from the Army and return home Aug. 18.


Michael David Miller

Michael David Miller's obituary appeared in The Times Recorder (Zanesville, OH) newspaper on November 18, 1966 Miller Infant Michael David Miller, 8-day-old son of Robert and Barbara Wilson Miller of 1173 Wheeling avenue died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 17) in Good Samaritan Hospital, The infant had been ill since birth. He was born Nov. 9. Surviving in addition to the parents are two sisters, Patricia and Christine, both of the home; a brother Robert Miller Jr. of the home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Garth Wilson of 439 Hamline avenue, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Miller of 2025 Moonlight drive; and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Miller of Zanesville route 4. Mrs. Mae Mercer of Airport road, Mr. and Mrs. George Bollinger of 471 Warwick avenue and Mrs. Clarence Snyder of Shinnick street. The body is at Hillis Funeral Home where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday with Fr. Charles Benedetti officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
