Sandra L. "Sandy" (Dimmerling) Moore, died Wednesday morning, November 23, 2005 in her home. She was born in Wheeling, WV on May 14, 1945 to Chester and Sylvia (Martin) Dimmerling. Sandy was a graduate of Mercy Nursing School in 1966. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph 's College in Maine and earned an MBA from Kent State Stark.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Rome Edward "Eddie" Dimmerling and a nephew, Scott Dimmerling.
She is survived by her parents; daughters and sons-in-law, Angel Moore
and Tim Hoagland of Canton and Ann and Dave Ciaverella of Portland,
OR; grandchildren, Nathan and Nicholas Hoagland of Canton; brother,
Jim (Janice) Dimmerling of East Canton; nephew, Andrew Dimmerling
and his wife, Spring; great-niece, Alexis Dimmerling; and many aunts,
uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Sunday, November 27, 2005 at the Karlo-Feucht Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart of Mary Church Cemetery, Harrisburg, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Fund at Mercy Medical Center, 1320 Mercy Drive NW, Canton, OH 44708.
Janice and her sister Jill married first cousins, James and Roy Dimmerling.
