EAST LIVERPOOL - Dolores J. Beebout, 74, of
Homestead Boulevard went home to be with the
Lord, her husband and daughter on Tuesday, March
1, 2005,at the Kindred Care Center in Beaver, Pa.
Born in East Liverpool July 16, 1930, daughter of
the late Elsworth and Blanche Hendricks Rockenhauser,
she was adopted and raised by Okie andMinnie Gill of
Chester W.Va. She was a member of the First Church
of theNazarene of East Liverpool, where she was a
supervisor and Sunday Schoolteacher. Also, she for-
merly had attended the LaCroft Nazarene Church,
where she served on the Board and sang in the choir.
She was also amember, and held many offices in,
the Christian Women's Association.
Having lived most of her life in East Liverpool, she
worked nine years atthe Bailey Envelope Co., before
retiring in 1974.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles
T. Beebout in Septemberof 2003, and her daughter,
Vickie Lynn Barnhouse, who passed away in February
2004. A son, Randy T. Beebout, and his fiancée Melissa
Mastersand her son, Justin Masters, survive at home
in Calcutta. There are fourgrandchildren, Mike Barn-
house of Napa Valley, Calif., Thomas Barnhouse of Guam,
Marianne Barnhouse-Leyland of Cincinnati, and Jaime
Beebout ofToledo. Three great-grandchildren also
survive: Marianne's daughter,Amanda and son, Jarod,
and Jaime's son, Owyn. A brother, Clinton Rockenhauser,
of East Liverpool, and a sister, Mrs. Hilda Ray of New
Manchester, W.Va. survive as well.
Friends and family may call at the Dawson Funeral
Home, Friday, March 4,2005 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Sat-
urday, March 5, 2005 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Pastor Rob Merki of the First Church of the Nazarene
will conduct aservice at 4 p.m. Saturday.
Immediately following the memorial service, friends
and family willgather in fellowship at the Dawson Family
Center.

NEW WATERFORD - Mrs. Sheila V. Owens, 71, of 6119
Millrock Road passed away at 7:10 P.M. Monday at her
residence following a 10-month illness.
Sheila was born Feb. 24, 1931, in Chester, W.Va., a
daughter of the late Charles and Anna Pauline Zwick Bebout,
and had resided in the area since 1971, coming from Austin-
town. She was a member of the East Palestine Kingdom
Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
From July 1986 through February 2003 she had been
employed as a caregiver at Casa Corro in East Palestine,
and prior to that she had worked as a finisher for Homer
Laughlin China, Newell, W.Va.
On May 4, 1953, she had married her husband, Roy F.
Owens.
Her family members are sons, Ron F. Owens at home,
and his children,Chassidy, Vincent and Ryan Owens, Keith
A. Owens and his wife, Nanette,of New Waterford and their
children, Jordan and Megan Owens, Kevin L.Owens and
his wife, Lauri, of Leetonia and their daughter, Ashlee
Owens, Brad Owens and his wife, Trudy, and their sons,
Justin and Cody Owens; adaughter, Karen S. Grove and
her husband, Michael, of Warren and their children, Erin,
Kaylan and Mike Grove, and a daughter-in-law, Shelley
Owens. Other family members include her brothers, C.
Thomas “Tom” Beboutof Phoenix, Ariz., Richard “Dick”
Bebout, Robert “Bob” Bebout and William“Bill” Bebout;
a sister, Mrs. Margaret Board, Toronto, Ohio; half-
brothers and half sisters, Gary, Patti, Dave, Diane,
Danny and Ilene Bebout.
Mrs. Owens was preceded in death by her husband,
Roy, on Feb. 27, 1976; a son, Brad, on June 1, 2002; as
well as brothers, Dick, Bob and Bill Bebout.
Sheila was a loving wife and mother and will be sadly
missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will beheld at 4 P.M. Saturday at
the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses
with Joseph Gotto officiating.
Expressions of sympathy are requested to be made to
the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home,
East Palestine.
