His Legacy.... Daniel O. Hupp, age 47, of Pleasant City, OH passed away Saturday (Feb. 2, 2008) at his residence. He was born September 23, 1960 in Zanesville, OH a son of Oliver A. and Melba Ann Hupp of Caldwell. He graduated in 1979 from Caldwell High School and was a graduate of the Mid-East Career & Technology Center, Zanesville Campus. He was the Owner/Operator of Hupp Heat & Air. He was a former employee of Crock Construction and Grief Brothers of Caldwell for 15 years prior to opening his own business. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and watching his favorite team the Cleveland Browns play football. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2952 in Caldwell.

His Family... In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Barbara S. Hupp of the home, whom he married Dec. 31, 1998. Step-Children Jessie Short and Nicole (Joe) Curtin of Quaker City, OH; Step-Grandchild Taylor Curtin; Grandmother Emma Dimmerling of Caldwell, Two Sisters Debbie (Walter) Warner and Diane (John) Russell all of Caldwell; Brother David (Kim) Hupp of Caldwell. Also Survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. He is preceded in death by one sister Delores Hupp, one Brother Dale Hupp, Grandparents Beda and Agnes Hupp and Frances Dimmerling.

His Farewell Service... Friends will be received Wednesday (Feb. 6, 2008) from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Father Wayne Morris Officiating. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell. Lawrence Joseph Velosky

Obituary:
Lawrence Joseph Velosky, age 66, of Belle Valley,
Ohio died Wednesday evening (11/5/2003) at Summit Acres
Nursing Home in Caldwell. He was born 5/28/1937 at Dexter
City, Ohio a son of the late Andy and Belva C. Yarnall Velosky.
He was a graduate of Belle Valley High School a United States
Army Veteran and a retired employee of Dana Corporation at
Caldwell. Mr. Velosky had served as Mayor of the Village of
Belle Valley for 32 years; was President of the Noble Water
Company and was a member, Sunday School Superintendent
and Lay Minister at the Belle Valley United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents he is preceeded in death by
a sister Ruth E. Lickert. Surviving are his wife Irene L. (Bania) Velosky whom
he married on 3/11/1973; 3 daughters, Tammy R. Ansberry of
Sheffield Lake, Ohio, Michelle L. (Jamie) Reeves of Belle Valley
and Melodie J. (Henry) Gillett of Coal Ridge, 3 brothers; Walter
A. Velosky of Williamstown, Kentucky, Rev. Arthur (Emerine)
Velosky of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and James. E. (Helen) Velosky of
Bellevue, Kentucky, 2 sisters; Margie L. Saunders of Dayton, Ken-
tucky and Mildred I. Yonker of Belle Valley and 4 grandchildern
Zachary D. Hupp, Kinsley R. Ansberry, Michaela and Lawrence
James Reeves; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home,
Caldwell on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm where funeral services will
be held Saturday at 11am with Rev. Joe Wright officiating. Interment
will be in Hoskinsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American
Cancer Society.
