Robert William Saling's birth announcement appeared in The Zanesville (OH) signal newspaper on September 4, 1947. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Sailing of the Olive community announce the birth of a son, Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sailing, Fulda, are grandparents of the new arrival. The father is the owner of the Olive Roller Mill.

CALDWELL -- Susan Lynn White, age 52, of Lower Salem,
died Saturday evening, Jan. 29, 2005, at the Marietta Mem-
orial Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Jack L. White; four brothers,
Gary E. Antill, Greg W. Antill, Bobby E. Antill and Steve A. Antill;
three sisters, Diana K. Everly, Vicki C. Antill and Michele R.
Antill; one uncle, one aunt, several nieces, nephews and
cousins.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the
McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, where funeral services will be
held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Helen Lewis
officiating. Interment will be in Creighton Ridge Cemetery.

Susan Lynn White, age 52, of Lower Salem, Ohio, died
Saturday, January 29, 2005, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 19, 1952, in Caldwell, daughter of Bonita
June Brotton Antill of Middleburg, and the late Elmer L. Antill.
She was a former employee of Heartland of Marietta in the
maintenance department; a member of the Dexter City Amer-
ican Legion; a member of the Middleburg United Methodist
Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher; and
she was an avid collector of Longaberger baskets. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a brother,
Ricky J. Antill, in 1994. She is survived by her husband, Jack L. White, whom she married
on July 10, 1984; four brothers, Gary E. Antill of North Fairfield, Ohio,
Greg W. Antill of Caldwell, Bobby E. Antill and Steve A. Antill, both of
Middleburg; three sisters, Diana K. Everly and Michelle R. Antill, both
of Middleburg and Vicki C. Antill of Dexter City; an uncle, John (Evie)
Antill of Middleburg; one aunt, Hazel Antill of Marietta; several nieces
and nephews; and her dog, Bear. Friends may call Tuesday, February 1, 2005, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at

Terry Eugene Dennis, age 56, of Dexter City, died Friday, April 1, 2005, at his residence. He was born January 30, 1949, in Marietta, Ohio, son of the late Walter and Leora Berg Dennis. He was a 1967 graduate of Skyview High School and a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam conflict. He had been employed by the Village of Caldwell Street Department for 24 years. Mr. Dennis was a Methodist by faith and a member of the Dexter City American Legion Post #418. He is survived by his wife, Vicki S. Antill Dennis, whom he married March 21, 1979; one daughter, Samantha (T.C. Carpenter) Dennis of Dexter City; one son Michael (Rachael) Stuber of Bowerston; one sister, Kathy Wagner of Marietta; one brother, Randy Dennis of Lower Salem; 8 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call Monday, April 4, 2005, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the services will be held Tuesday, April 5, at 1PM with Pastor Helen Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Dexter City Cemetery. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Noble County Veteran Service Organizations. The family request that memorials be made to the Marietta Memorial Hospice.
